Job Description

  • Support the development, promotion, delivery, and evaluation of the L&D plan as part of the People Strategy, linked to the business strategy that provides ROI.
  • Developing and delivering new training programs for all employee’s level and titles.
  • Creating development quarter and year plan and following up on achieving it, reporting results and ensure implementations.
  • Creating training manuals, curricula, trainer guides, and other instructional materials
  • Training Middle Management (Trainers, QAs, SMEs, and Team Leaders).
  • Provide consultation to upper management (Operational leads, Training Leads, and QAA Leads)
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Deliver L&D initiatives with functional teams and directorates, with direction and advice from the Training & Quality director.
  • Deliver and support the full life cycle of L&D services from needs analysis through to evaluation.
  • Deliver, promote, and manage a range of L&D solutions, products and courses working with internal communications, internal stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and the wider HR team.
  • Measure and evaluate all L&D initiatives and proactively assess value and recommendations for continuous improvement, and to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
  • Manage all L&D costs against budget alongside the Training & Quality director.
  • Review annual training needs across Intelcia and delivery of the annual performance review cycle
  • Develop and implement on-line L&D learning solutions accessible for all employees.
  • Work with the wider HR team to identify and influence the review, development, and integration of relevant Intelcia policies and processes which deliver continuous improvement in people capability.
  • Work according to Intelcia global L&D team to unify the process and programs.
  • Contribute to Intelcia management information and deliver improvements to L&D reporting
  • Ensure that L&D is accessible for all and deliver improvements to the service on behalf of Intelcia.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in managing development team.
  • Experience in contact center development training is a MUST.
  • Training experience overall.
  • Preferred certified Six Sigma green belt.
  • Knowledge in creating development material, and delivering development plans.
