Job Description
- Oversee loading, stacking, and daily operations at the East Tafreea site, ensuring smooth workflow, accuracy, and timely reporting.
- Supervise and assess team performance, including representatives and their supervisor, while tracking attendance and punctuality.
- Develop and implement daily work plans, allocate tasks, and provide training to enhance team efficiency and skills.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues promptly and meet site requirements effectively.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams.
