Job Description
- The Billing Specialist will be part of the billing cycle to report to Billing Manager.
- Calling clients and insurance companies and tracking the requests for information.
- Obtain medical records/clinical notes from clients in order to submit for preauth or appeals.
- Contact insurance companies for status on preauth requests.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the billing field.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is a MUST.
- Knowledge of US medical insurance billing processes is a MUST.
- Ability to work the US time schedule (EST)
