Job Description

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Resolving customer complaints.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience (3-5) years.
  •  Bachelor's degree Holder.
  •  Customer-oriented.
  •  Excellent Communication Skills.
  •  Problem Solver.
  •  Females only. 
  • French Language Fluency.
  •  Very good knowledge of (MS Office Word, and Excel)
