Job Description
Client Interaction & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, addressing inquiries related to property listings, transactions, contracts, and post-sale services.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Provide expert guidance on real estate processes (e.g., financing, legal requirements, property inspections).
- Operational Excellence:
- Manage and update client databases (CRM systems) with accurate transaction records and communication logs.
- Coordinate with real estate agents, brokers, and legal teams to ensure timely execution of agreements and documentation.
- Monitor property listings and update clients on new opportunities or changes.
- Process lease agreements, sales contracts, and payment schedules.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Real Estate Commercial Projects is a must.
- Related Bachelor's degree.
- Proven Customer Service Experience from 4 to 6 years.
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent user of CRM System , Excel, and MS Office.
- Presentable, customer-oriented and able to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
