Job Description
- Manage the segmentation of data across all major stakeholder departments.
Handling all the aftersales cases & Inquiries including:
- Clients Modifications requests (Meetings, Payment Arrangement).
- Site Visits.
- Resale.
- Project Update.
- Contract Issues.
- Cheque withdrawal requests.
- Payment Rescheduling requests.
- Termination requests
- Update the feedback on CRM System
- Report any technical issue.
Job Requirements
Education:
- University degree –Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any relevant field or information technology.
Experience:
- 0-2 years’ experience in CRM.
- Previous CRM experience with real-estate field is preferred.
