Job Description

Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote and Onsite (Hybrid) - Preferred candidates from Nasr City or nearby locations, or those who can easily commute

Experience Level:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role within mechatronics-related products, industrial automation, weighing equipment, POS, lifting equipment, or other related industrial equipment and tools.
  • Engineering degree (preferably in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering).

We are a UAE-based company in Dubai, seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, the Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by handling administrative tasks, ensuring smooth order processing, coordinating client communications, and assisting with sales and marketing activities.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate sales activities and support the sales team in generating and managing leads and opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the sales team and clients, ensuring smooth communication and order processing.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and contracts for clients.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing and follow-up with clients and vendors.
  • Manage and update CRM systems with accurate customer information and sales progress.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure the effective delivery of product information and marketing materials.
  • Assist in managing customer relationships and provide administrative support during the sales process.
  • Organize and schedule sales meetings, client presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Track and report on sales performance, ensuring all sales targets and deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
  • Prepare sales reports and assist in analyzing sales performance and trends.
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to sales, delivery, and product specifications.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales manager and team members as required.

Work Environment:

  • Collaborate in both remote and onsite settings, ensuring seamless coordination with all stakeholders.
  • Use leading remote platforms and communication tools to maintain efficiency.

Location Preference: Candidates from Nasr City or nearby areas who can easily commute are preferred

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering) or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 2+ years in sales coordination or a similar administrative role, with a focus on mechatronics-related products, industrial automation, weighing equipment, POS, lifting equipment, and other related industrial equipment and tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) to track sales activities and manage customer data.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate reports and insights to assist the sales team.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing client orders and follow-ups.
  • Fluent in English (a must).

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in supporting a sales team with administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive in identifying solutions to challenges.
