Quality Leader ( Manufacturing )

our client multinational manufacturer of home and personal care products in Egypt.

This job Reports to : Quality Manager

- lead quality staff in charge of product /process inspection, assure inspection plan is appropriately applied, do random check , provide coaching and training to the team.

- Provide full information that facilitate right assessment and development of quality people reporting to him

- Assure product related processes like cleaning, housekeeping, CIP, material issuance, line clearance etc. are appropriately maintained during manufacturing process

- Assure IPC is accurately applied and escalate when product is lying within unacceptable level.

- Submit data to tracking system that allows accurate measuring of quality defect level per product and per line

- Assure documentation are appropriately accomplished to enable timely delivering of batch record to facilitate product release.

- Notify about any observed change where change management process wasn’t followed.

- Deliver inspection plan product wise in line with customer requirement, line capability, align plan with line manager.

- Make sure all quality team are trained and understand their role and accurately apply predefined inspection plan.

- Maintain data integrity in respective areas of responsibility

- Assure always product conformity against agreed specifications

- Make sure people always use up o date QMS related documents in area of responsibility both quality and operation

- Assure on spot recording of product nonconformity ,daily and monthly reporting consolidated NCRs to line manager.

- Provide data for investigation, root cause analysis, propose remedies, oversee respective actions and assure sustainability and escalate in case of failure.

- Participate in internal audit program.

- Assure only quality released packaging material are issued to production, having proper release tagging.
