Job Description
1. Quality Governance:
- Execute daily inspections of incoming materials (IQC), in-process production (IPQC), and finished goods (FQC) per AQL 2.5/4.0 standards.
- Validate calibration records of testing equipment (CMM, torque testers, etc.).
2. Production Surveillance:
- Monitor real-time OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and yield rates against KPIs.
- Audit production logs to verify adherence to approved workflows (SOP/WI).
3. Supply Chain Oversight:
- Conduct unannounced audits of sub-tier suppliers with the factory QA team.
- Verify material traceability from COC (Certificate of Conformity) to physical inventory.
4. Compliance Enforcement:
- Enforce IP protection protocols including mold usage tracking and confidential document control.
- Verify ESD/FOD controls in sensitive production areas.
5. Risk Mitigation:
- Initiate containment actions (SCAR/CAPA) for critical defects.
- Maintain red-yellow-green risk status reporting to HQ.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing QA/QC, with 2+ years in an OEM/ODM environment.
- Proven experience managing JDM (Joint Design Manufacture) projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in QC tools: SPC, FMEA, 8D, 5Why.
- Proficient in QA software (MiniTab, QMS platforms).
- Fluent in reading technical drawings (GD&T).
- Soft Skills:
- Assertive communicator able to navigate supplier relationships.
- V.Good in English.
