Job Description
-Responsible for carrying out work tasks related to social insurance. All employees must submit forms S1, S6, and S2.
- Responsible for carrying out business tasks related to health insurance for all company employees.
• Responsible for reviewing the attendance and departure of employees
• Responsible for carrying out business tasks related to work permits for foreigners (Investment Authority - Ministry of Manpower).
• Responsible for renewing employee contracts for work interruptions on a regular basis.
• Responsible for making checks statistics (in terms of conducting them, delivering them to the financial department, and supplying them to insurance offices).
• Responsible for conducting investigations with company’s employees.
• Responsible for inspections of labor and insurance offices.
• Responsible for daily dealings with the company’s employees in terms of obtaining insurance certificates and letters, etc....
• Responsible for preparing the company’s health insurance budget annually.
• Responsible for following up on issuing car certificates.
• Responsible for carrying out work tasks related to disability committees and five-year committees for workers and following up on work-related injuries.
Job Requirements
- BSc of Law or Business Administration.
- 7-10 years hands-on experience in personnel Management.
- Good in English.
- Professional MS Office user.
