Job Description
Operational:
- Coordinate with Sales for Campaign Advertisement details requirements
- Handle the Company's Mobile Phones Pool and WhatsApp Auto-sending Application
- Manage Mobile Phone Numbers from Different Suppliers
- Coordinate with Central Operations for Campaigns Auto-Sending per Mobile number per campaign
- Report responses on daily basis to each campaign, based on response type
- Follow internal procedures in responses to specific WhatsApp messages response types
- Answer incoming voice responses to campaigns according to Internal Procedures
Administration:
- Handle miscellaneous office requirements periodic replenishment
- Handle office phones and internet monthly payments from office pity-cash
Job Requirements
- Very Good command of English Language is a MUST
- Very good command of EXCEL is a MUST
- Excellent time-management and organization skills
- Minimum high-school degree. University Degree is a PLUS
- Good Knowledge of Social Media Platforms as a user is required, specially on mobile Phone and WhatsApp
- User of Online Communication Tools (i.e. Whatsapp, Google Meet, Zoom ..etc)
- FULL TIME
