Job Description
- manage the daily schedule and appointments of the vice chairman.
- arrange accommodations and itineraries.
- handle incoming calls,emails and correspondence.
- coordinate meetings and organize necessary.
- prepare memos and email drafts on behalf of the vice chairman
- maintain and organize important documents and files for easy access
- track the implementations of the vice chairman's directives with relevant departments
Job Requirements
- a bachelor's degree
- previous experience in administrative roles or as apersonal assistant (usually2+ years)
- experience in office management or clerical work.
- expertise in programs like microsoft office (word,excel and powerpoint)
- Must have experience in English
