Job Description

  • Scope Of Work:
  •  L&D
  •  Performance 
  •  Handle several inter-departmental projects that focus on people development.
  •  Create a wide range of training delivery methods such as instructor led, e learning and on-the-job training.
  • Assess the return on investment (ROI) of any training or development program.
  •  Introduce the blended learning concept through several training program.
  •  Act as a business partner in initiating and facilitating the learning and development activities that support the group key strategic objectives.
  •  Build the competencies model and the skills matrix for the various departments/positions to better contribute to their business roles.
  •  Manage the career development activities pertaining to the talent pool identification, assessment, and development to foster talents career progression within the organization.
  •  Supervise the performance management policy and standards to reinforce the performance-based culture.
  •  Support with L&D solutions to enable the cultural transformation.
  •  Manage the digital learning transformation pertaining to generating in-house eLearning programs as well as reaching agreements with regional and global academies.
  •  Oversee the new hires onboarding program.
  •  Manage and control the annual L&D budget as well as the bidding process selection criteria and negotiations with the external service providers.
  •  Prospecting and qualifying the internal subject-matter experts among the group, as well as support in generating the programs design and curriculum based on the instructional design format, while observing quality and impact.
  •  Monitor the progress and KPIs of the L&D cycle and make adjustments as necessary to ensure compliance with quality and budget aspects.
  •  Ensure validity and timely communication of the monthly/quarterly/annual reporting.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor's degree holder from a reputable university.
  •  Post-graduate studies in Human resources management are a must.
  •  Previous experience (7 Yrs: 10 Yrs).
  •  Previous Experience in HR functional areas like L&D and Performance Management.
  •  Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  •  Agile, with the ability to meet changing deadlines, and prioritize and handle
    multiple projects.
  •  Detail-oriented; ensure deliverables are always of high quality.
