Product Quality Engineer (QA/QC)

1-The Product Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality of specific product categories throughout the entire product lifecycle, from design and production to after-sales solutions.
2-Monitor daily production lines and finished products to ensure the production process and product quality meet established requirements.
3-Organize production trials for new products, improve product specifications, reduce costs, and increase production efficiency.
4-Communicate with customers to address their special requirements and improve the product as needed.
Manage NCR procedures, quality incidents, and other corrective actions.
5-Conduct data analysis on production, process parameters, and key quality points on a monthly basis or as required.
6-Arrange training for production-related workers and technicians to enhance their awareness of process control and product quality.
