Job Description
- Develop in-depth understanding of our product.
- Serve as the main point of contact for technical discussions and communication between our partners/clients and our company.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners/clients, providing technical guidance and support throughout the implementation process
- Conduct Product Demonstration to partners/clients to showcase features and capabilities.
- Conduct training for partners/clients and internal team.
- Develop training materials and product presentations and demos.
- Understand market and clients requirements and communicate it with Product development team.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including product manuals, case studies and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with product management, Marketing and development teams to define and prioritize growth initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, such as new features, partnerships, or market expansions, to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, customer acquisition, and customer retention, leveraging data-driven insights.
- Conduct Market competitive analysis.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market positioning to identify potential areas of improvement for our products.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including product manuals, case studies and technical specifications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in product management or Pre-sales particularly in driving growth and managing technical partnerships.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop and execute growth initiatives.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with partners/clients.
- Familiarity with the payment industry, including knowledge of payment processing, security, and regulatory requirements, is preferred.
