Job Requirements
possess the following qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering with a specialization relevant to manufacturing.
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in a production management role within cosmetics or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and manufacturing best practices in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical field.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven track record in leading and managing production teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards.
