Job Description
- Oversee and manage the erection of steel structures on-site
- Supervise all site activities and ensure alignment with project plans and timelines
- Coordinate with fabrication teams and monitor delivery and installation phases
- Obtain necessary approvals from consultants and site inspectors
- Prepare and maintain project time schedules and work progress reports
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and adherence to safety protocols
- Liaise with clients and secure appreciation certifications upon project completion
- Lead the site team and ensure availability of all required tools and resources
- Deliver projects on time with quality and within the scope
- Report regularly to the Project Manager on site performance and progress
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in steel building erection
- Proven experience in handling full project lifecycle from fabrication to handover
- Strong leadership and time management skills
- Excellent understanding of structural drawings and site execution plans
- Ability to manage documentation and communicate with consultants and clients effectively
- High commitment to safety regulations and procedures
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and result-oriented
