Mass Group is looking for

Civil Engineer – Road Construction / Site Execution (Site-Based)
Location: New Cairo

Job Purpose:
Ensure the successful execution of road construction projects by managing all on-site activities, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and presenting the company professionally.

Job Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all on-site civil works related to road construction.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare and review daily/weekly progress reports.
Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Handle on-site challenges effectively and provide timely solutions.
Represent the company professionally in front of consultants and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 4–5 years in road construction or site execution.
Language: Very good command of English.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
Other Requirements: Strong knowledge of road construction processes, materials, and equipment.
