- Responsible and audit the quality calls for the sales team in order to enhance their performance and targets according to the company objective.
- Submit and conduct the training for the newly hired and existing sales members.
- Responsible to train and develop the quality team in order to Audit the calls for the sales team. Create and design the call scripts for the CS, Operations, Complaints & sales teams.
- Manage, implement, and develop the corporate sales teams.
- Responsible for the company registration Government authorities, Engineers Syndicate, (etc ….) Manage & follow up with new and exciting proposals, and quotations for corporate sales deals. Organize & handle & develop all documents related to the sales team B2B and B2C.
- Having 4-7 years experience in Telesales (is a must)
- Having experience in E-Learning (is preferred)
- Recommendations: education, banks, insurance, real state

- Experience in customer support is a plus
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field
