Job Description
Strategic Leadership & Brand Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth across all properties.
- Oversee and ensure brand identity consistency across all marketing materials, aligning with the group’s premium positioning in the hospitality industry.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities and inform marketing initiatives.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and CRM strategies to maximize online visibility and direct bookings.
- Analyze and optimize marketing campaign performance, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms to drive data-informed decision-making and maximize ROI.
Marketing Operations & Partnerships
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, optimizing expenditures for maximum impact while ensuring compliance with brand standards.
- Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with influencers, media outlets, OTAs, travel agencies, and key industry stakeholders to expand brand reach.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Innovation
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, and Purchasing, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives that drive occupancy, bookings, and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee the approval, development, and timely delivery of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with quality standards and property-specific branding requirements.
Leadership & Team Development
- Provide strong leadership to the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement to drive high performance and professional growth.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as Marketing Director
- Excellent leadership and organizing skills
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
- Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
- Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords
- Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
- Professional chartered marketer (CIM) is a plus
- BSc/BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field
