Job Description
- Design visually compelling graphics and layouts for digital marketing campaigns, websites, and software interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, development, and content teams to ensure cohesive visual messaging across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all visual assets.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface elements for web and mobile applications.
- Translate complex concepts and requirements into engaging visual solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate design quality.
- Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Optimize graphics and layouts for usability, accessibility, and performance.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Support the marketing team with creative assets for social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of proven experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
- Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Ability to interpret briefs and translate requirements into effective visual solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and best practices is a plus.
