Lead creative concept development for short video advertisements, ensuring alignment with brand marketing goals.
Write scripts and create compelling, engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
Organize and coordinate all aspects of short video advertisement shoots, including actors, scenes, props, and other resources.
Oversee post-production to ensure the final output meets brand requirements and quality standards.
Monitor and analyze the performance of short video advertisements, optimizing content for maximum brand exposure and market impact.
Collaborate with creative teams, photographers, directors, and producers to ensure all elements are executed on time and to high quality.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor's degree or above in Film Production, Advertising, Media, New Media, or related fields.
· 5+ years in short video content direction, including advertising and brand promotional videos.
· Proficient in short video shooting and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
· Familiar with content optimization and promotion strategies for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
· Strong scriptwriting and storyboard design abilities.
· Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
· Creative thinking, with the ability to develop innovative ad concepts based on market trends.
· Familiar with short video platform content trends.
· Strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines.
