Job Purpose:

Supporting the Sales Operations Manager in all the inter-relationships between the Demand and Sales functions through proper sales planning, sales analysis, and maintaining sales system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pervise the daily activities of the sales operations team and ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and customer service departments to ensure order accuracy, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  Support the sales team with tools, materials, and administrative assistance needed to meet targets.
• Review and improve internal sales processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and sales procedures.
• Assist in sales forecasting and planning activities in collaboration with sales leadership
