Job Description
- Responsible of end-to-end payroll processing activities including data input and verification while considering all aspects in respect to the law and internal policies.
- Stay up-to-date with local laws to ensure compliance while handling all related filings and audits efficiently.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and issues promptly
- Conduct reconciliation report on monthly basis to ensure accuracy
- Responsible to run and execute payroll on ERP system while ensuring accuracy on monthly basis
- Provide on daily basis updates on attendance to ensure accurate monthly run.
- Generate payroll reports on monthly basis while providing insights and trends.
Job Requirements
- Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or Compensation & Benefits Executive in an industrial field.
- Strong experience in ERP system with the ability of system implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of Egyptian labor law and tax regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
