Job Description
- Assessing Customer Needs: Understand customer requirements and assess their needs related to the product.
- Reference Accounts: Establish a breadth of reference accounts across various verticals.
- Monitoring Product Lifecycle: Keep track of the product’s lifecycle, including updates, enhancements, features and maintenance.
- Sales Strategies: work with our sales teams to focus on achieving sales strategies aligned with our GTM (Go-To-Market) approach.
- Renewals: Handle & follow software renewals deals.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to address queries and provide needed answers & support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in business, or Computer Science
- 1: 2 Years experience in software product management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing software products from conception to launch
- Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
- Very good at English, both written and spoken.
