Job Description
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s medical products, including features, benefits, and clinical applications.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitors, and advancements in medical technology.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Ensure customers are using products safely and effectively to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Assist in preparing product-related presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
- Participate in sales calls, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase products and engage potential clients.
- Gather and document customer feedback on product performance and usability.
- Prepare regular reports on product performance and customer satisfaction metrics
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a product specialist, technical support, or related role in the medical or healthcare industry(Joint Replacement).
- Proven experience as a Product Specialist or similar role
- Experience in product lifecycle management
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
