Job Description
- Managing the processes of attracting, selecting, and hiring for vacant jobs.
- Maintain and update job descriptions.
- Preparing and executing All related Operations to Payroll payments, Social Insurance, and Income taxes.
- Ensuring compliance with all labor laws or any related low to the operations of the Organization.
- Develop all human resources management documents to ensure workflow facilitation.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Develop realistic and measurable performance and (KPIs) for each function within the organization
- Maintain pay plan and benefits programs.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Conducting wage and salary surveys in the labor market to determine the corresponding competitive wage levels.
- Updating the human resource management database.
- Design and implement company policies.
- Design and Implement compensation plans.
Job Requirements
- +10 Years of experience in all HR Functions.
- Min 3 years of experience in the same position.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Gender: Female.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Excellent in using MS Office and Reporting Tools.
