Job Description
- Sourcing candidates via a job posting, checking online platforms, asking for referrals
- Phone screening to shortlist qualified candidates
- Scheduling interviews
- Updating all leave requests ( sick, unplanned/unpaid, and annuals) and managing the leaves forms
- Updating Existing, new hires, and former employees on Dropbox
- Arranging hiring formalities
Job Requirements
- Ex. in Construction/Consultant/Engineering field
- Universities Preferred (AUC - GUC - MIU - BUE - Ain Shams - Cairo)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field.
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Explorer
- Fluent English
- 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment
