Job Description:

As the Social Media Manager at Rabble, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our social media strategy to build brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive sales. You will be responsible for creating and curating engaging content, managing social media channels, and analyzing performance metrics. Your creativity and strategic thinking will be essential to our brand's success in the digital landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Create and curate compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Manage and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistent and timely updates.
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and fostering a sense of community.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize social media campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, ideally in the fashion or direct to consumer industry.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and effectively communicate with the audience.
  • Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • A deep understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Strong graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools, to create visually appealing content.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create and edit engaging video content.
  • Ideally, be engaged with a strong understanding of trending street fashion culture.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and social media.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • A passion for fashion and a keen understanding of the fashion industry.
