Job Description
- The ability to analyze data and manage business accounts.
- Assist with process modeling to clarify business requirements, and to enhance business processes.
- Perform requirements gathering and analysis in order to provide high quality and detailed requirements, ensuring the closest involvement with, and agreement from, the user community.
- Analyze, document, and manage business requirements throughout the life of the product or project.
- Manage the effective achievement of the business unit’s objectives through leading the Operations team by setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, and providing formal and informal feedback and appraisals in order to maximize the subordinates’ and the business unit’s performance.

- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies such as online advertising and search engine optimization (SEO).
