Job Overview:
We are looking for a professional and energetic individual to join our client's team as a customer representative of Turkish Language. This role involves interacting with participants in a dynamic and engaging manner. The key responsibilities include explaining rules, maintaining interactions, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience during each session.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome participants and clearly explain the rules of the activity.
- Engage participants with professionalism, ensuring they have a smooth experience.
- Maintain a confident and professional demeanor at all times on camera.
- Assist the studio team with various tasks as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform regular tasks to support overall session flow.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Fluency in Turkish, both spoken and written.
- Attractive appearance with no visible tattoos or heavy piercings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a shift-based environment (morning, afternoon, and night shifts).
- Under 35 years old (both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply).
- Positive and professional attitude, particularly when interacting with participants.
- Ability to work confidently and professionally on camera.
Training and Support:
- 3-month fully paid training period.
- The company will provide contact lenses if you require them (in case you wear glasses).
Benefits:
- Starting salary: 1300 EUR net.
- Additional pay for specific shifts:
- Public holidays: 110% of base pay.
- Night shifts: 26% of base pay.
- Weekend shifts: 10% of base pay.
- Performance bonuses: Up to 400 EUR net per month after the first three months of employment.

Employment Terms:
