Job Description
- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Responsible for branches, sales, admin, and call center departments’ managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees
- Set KPIs, performance criteria, and performance reviews for direct reports
Job Requirements
- 10-12 years of Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
- Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- Excellent command of MS office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent English
