5-7 years of experience in Textile maintenance is a MUST.

Strong technical knowledge of weaving machinery and equipment.
Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
