Job Description
- Translates Brand assets and initiatives into winning Retail programs.
- Turns insights into actionable, compelling programs.
- Coordinates with Occasions and POS teams for in-account visibility/POS item development.
- Coordinates the development of sales tools.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Develop a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to achieve business and brand annual targets.
- Ensure flawless execution of the e-commerce calendar activities, measuring and reporting on ROI.
- Develop loyalty programs and schemes with relevant stakeholders to increase website transactions and ordering frequency.
- Build partnerships to enhance brand awareness, penetration, and sales, while developing corporate deals to drive volume.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Job Requirements
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent Managerial and analytically skills Wide experience in budgeting.
- Have good relations with Marketing Agencies.
- Wide experience in Digital Marketing is a must.
- MBA would be an appreciated plus
