Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility and bookings across multiple markets.
- Manage and optimize multi-language websites, ensuring seamless user experience and SEO performance.
- Oversee paid advertising (PPC, SEM), social media, email marketing, and content strategies tailored to the tourism sector.
- Lead a team of 20+ marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance to adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, UX) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, budgets, and conversion metrics to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (preferably in tourism/hospitality).
- Proven expertise in managing multi-language websites and global digital campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, programmatic advertising, social media, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Ahrefs).
- Experience managing large teams (20+ members) and agency partnerships.
- Data-driven mindset with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
