Job Description

Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead and develop our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand growth, customer engagement, and market share through innovative and effective marketing strategies. This role oversees the Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Graphic Design teams, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Prior experience in the retail grocery or FMCG sector is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer loyalty, and market penetration.
  • Lead and manage the Brand Management team to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels.
  • Drive the development and growth of new private label brands in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee the Digital Marketing team, driving campaigns across social media, email, website, and other digital platforms.
  • Direct the Trade Marketing team to execute in-store promotions, merchandising, and retailer partnerships that drive sales.
  • Manage the Graphic Design team to ensure high-quality visual content that supports brand and campaign goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Procurement teams to align marketing activities with business priorities.
  • Set KPIs and regularly report on marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring ROI on all marketing spend.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
     

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering
  • Minimum of 20 years of marketing experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Strong background in retail grocery or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of brand management, digital marketing, trade marketing, and creative design processes.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
