Job Description
- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors and sub contractors to reach profitable agreements
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
- Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
- Hire sub contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
- Supervise the work of laborers,and sub contractors and give them guidance when needed
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
- Prepare the client monthly invoice.
- Attend site weekly meeting.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia for a minimum of 5 years, preferably Riyadh Area, from 2019 till now.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Architecture Engineering (Preferably from AUC, GUC, Cairo University, Ain Shams University, or Helwan University).
- Proficiency in computer applications, including AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Proven experience with technical drawings and details.
- Strong creativity, vision, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and self-confidence.
- Extensive experience working on engineering projects, especially commercial and retail projects such as call centers, banks, malls, etc.
- Ability to make decisions in high-stress situations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity and a growth mindset.
- Fluency in English is a must.
