Job Description
1. Approve purchase requests for various codes by reviewing inventory balances.
2. Review, record, and price addition permits along with their attachments, including tracking fixed assets, inventory, direct addition, and disbursement.
3. Review and process warehouse disbursement permits along with paper receipts for site receipt reconciliation.
4. Match monthly inventory balances and conduct all forms of periodic inventory and transfers between projects.
5. Approve purchase orders.
Job Requirements
- BSc In Commerce , Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Manager or similar role
- Constructions experience is a MUST
- Alexandria Residents Only
- Working knowledge of inventory management software (ERP - Odoo )
- Active participation in inventory audits
- Excellent organization skills
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
