Duties:
• Preparing and reviewing executive plans for various mechanical systems (drainage, supply, air conditioning, fire fighting, gas, elevators, etc.).
• Preparing bills of quantities and following up on the work progress at the work sites for the company’s projects
• Receiving mechanical works by subcontractors.
• Good knowledge of suppliers and pricing regarding mechanical items
• Supervising the completion of operating work for machinery and equipment and repairing malfunctions that occur during operation within his field of competence.
