Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Telesales Team Leader to oversee and lead a team of telesales agents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving sales performance. As a Telesales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the team, setting sales targets, coaching and mentoring agents, and ensuring that sales goals and KPIs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor team performance through call metrics, sales results, and customer feedback.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss targets, strategies, and performance.
• Provide coaching and training to team members to improve sales techniques and customer handling.
• Handle escalated customer concerns or complex sales inquiries as needed.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve telesales productivity and customer engagement.
• Ensure the team adheres to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Analyze team performance data and prepare reports for senior management.
• Foster a positive, results-driven team culture.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to support business objectives.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the sales processes and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales-oriented role, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of telesales techniques and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle objections and provide effective solutions.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding KPIs.
• A positive, energetic attitude with a customer-first mindset.
Language: English, Arabic must be by bilingual
