Job Description
- Planning and managing maintenance activities.
- Reporting to the Director of Engineering Department for the development of plans and programs of periodic maintenance, preventive and predictive of all factory cold stores.
- Following up and supervise the implementation of plans and programs.
- Adjusting corrective actions for frequent faults with cold stores , diagnoses and analyzes them to identify the root cause of defects , proposes appropriate solutions and supervises corrective steps to minimize recurrence of deviations.
- Coordinates with the direct manager for implementing the technical specifications of all spare parts to be purchased and find alternatives in absence of availability.
- Follow up the implementation of maintenance and modify the required plans to achieve the best possible result of the maintenance process.
- Oversee the maintenance database for all factory coolers and update them continuously.
- Follow up the process of installation and startup procedures for new devices for the company.
- Ensure the temperature and humidity of cold stores that they are adjusted
- Supervise the process of testing ,checking and calibration of the cooling systems.
- Take the necessary measures to maintain and treat sudden breakdowns for cooling stores .
- Monitoring the cooling program on screens of the cabs and follow the pressures on the main screen of the compressors and report , analyze the fluctuations on it.
- Liaison and coordinating production department and cooling section and followup with production engineers operating procedures so as close up and controlling electrical circuits.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-8 years experience in cooling & refrigerating field.
- Familiar with IQF lines in food processing industries.
- Decision Maker and coordinator.
- Very good communication skills.
- Leadership skills .
- Excellent Language skills.
- Excellent command of software programs concerning his specialty and work field .
- Hard Worker and dedicated.
- Ability to work under pressure .
- Flexible referring to work flow and timing conditions .
