We are seeking a dedicated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant workplace across various city locations.

• Applies and maintains HSE policies in accordance to integrated management system according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Conducts site inspections and Maintain positive and proactive relations with managers and employees, as well as our customers and regulatory agencies.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Updates and applies all safety procedures in management system (Risk assessment and job safety analysis, Incidents, near misses investigation and rescue, Inspection and monitoring on sites, equipment and yards cleanness, Emergencies and work control).
• Conducts daily site tours to monitor waste segregation, housekeeping and leaks
• Guides workers and Able to work with employees and achieve cultural change in the face of potential resistance.
• Provides assistance and advice on HSE issues to make recommendations to facility management and Participate in detailed incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis.
• Maintain records of HSE incidents and prepare reports for management review.
• Organize and deliver HSE training sessions to employees to promote a culture of safety.
• Oversees operations and the compliance to the safety, environment, and quality systems standards and procedures
• Assists in dealing with governmental authorities and their requirements
• Attends and implements the decisions of the HSE Committee.
