Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components.
Provide the required support\troubleshooting to end user.
Primarily work on Active Directory, Group Policy Management, and integrated applications.
Be available for on-call support as needed.
Ability to travel to support branches in Egypt if needed.
Administration and monitoring servers.
Troubleshooting switches and router issues.
Manage and maintain cloud applications like Office365.
Implementing security measures for the environment.
Interface directly with IT support technicians to resolve and document hardware and software
troubleshooting tickets, bug reports, and errors.
Ability to document tasks performed & comply with established technical and security
procedures.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
1-3 years experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Very Good in English.
Strong communication skills.
Capability of solving problems.
Analytical skills.
Solid Knowledge of MSCA, and CCNA.
Qualifications:
Experience in Windows Server Administration.
Familiarity with networking fundamentals (Routing & Switching).
Experience in domain controllers, file servers, print servers, and DNS.
Experience in patch scripts, group policy, and event logs.
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
Familiarity with Office365.
Familiar with storage and virtualization (VMWare).
Skill and experience in hardware, software & network troubleshooting.
Knowledge of backup systems.
Knowledge and understanding of standard Infrastructure technologies.
