Job Description
- Receive, review, and classify all maintenance documents (both hard copy and digital).
- Maintain up-to-date service records for each vehicle in the fleet.
- Organize and archive work orders, breakdown reports, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with engineers and technicians to ensure documentation accuracy.
- Track preventive maintenance schedules and notify relevant personnel of upcoming services.
- Ensure availability and documentation of spare parts issuance from stores.
- Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding document control and data confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing maintenance reports and summaries when needed.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in administration, logistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in document control, preferably in the maintenance or transportation sectors.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and document management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
