Operations Manager

Retag is hiring an Operations guru that has past experience in e-commerce field, preferably fashion brand or fashion e-commerce app. 

E-commerce Operations :

•  Make sure the e-commerce site is up and running and make sure all orders are processed on time.
• Manage the e-commerce customer service team and Handle all the digital requests.
• Manage and coordinate with the digital marketing team the Photoshoots production.
• Make sure all new items are on the website with all the technical details.
• Handle quality of listing on app & website. 
• Handle pick up & drop off between buyers & sellers.
• Handle returns.
• Improve delivery rate by adding more shipping options.
• Review operations expenses on weekly basis with accountant.
• Review cash on delivery orders with accountant.
• Conduct quarterly / monthly demand forecasting report for current and future product categories incl. market research for new marketing, liaise with the sales and marketing teams to understand our customers needs and take action needed. job requirements.
