Job Description
- Review designs for HVAC systems.
- Studying the tendering documents like Bill of quantities and design drawings to prepare the pricing of tenders.
- Verify compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with sales engineers and project teams to ensure alignment with the technical plans.
- Track and document design changes and coordinate updates with the sales team.
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to select materials that meet project specifications.
- Review material submittals and shop drawings for compliance and ensure timely procurement.
- Conduct technical reviews to ensure systems meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Prepare regular technical reports on project status, delays, and any technical issues.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Previous Experience with the same title in Electromechanical Contracting or HVAC is a MUST.
- Graduated from Mechanical Engineering is a MUST.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
