Bevatel, the leading provider of cloud contact center solutions in the Middle East, is seeking a passionate and driven Senior Software Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team!
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Sales Activities: Lead and manage sales initiatives while developing strong relationships with clients.
     
  • Account Management: Ensure customer satisfaction by managing accounts effectively and addressing any concerns.
     
  • Sales Metrics Monitoring: Analyze quarterly sales results and annual forecasts to drive performance.
     
  • Business Development: Generate new business opportunities through existing and potential customer networks.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales specialist in the IT software industry.
     
  • Strong practical sales experience with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
     
  • Solid understanding of contact center solutions and CRM products to communicate their benefits to potential clients effectively.
     
  • Proficiency in CRM programs and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
     
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and strategies.
     
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
