Position Overview: As the Social Media Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our social media presence. Your primary focus will be to enhance our brand's online visibility, engagement, and reputation across various platforms. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to drive our social media strategy, but please note that this role does not involve performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for our social media platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
- Manage and lead a team of social media specialists.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with other teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- ● BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
- ● Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- ● Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- ● Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO
- ● Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
- ● Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market.
