We are seeking a skilled and motivated Collection Executive preferred Arab Male , to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outstanding collections and ensuring compliance with collection practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact debtors for collection via phone, email, or letter
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements
- Maintain accurate records of communications and agreements
- Follow up on unpaid accounts and prioritize collections
- Report progress and recovery status to management
- Provide professional customer support regarding outstanding debt
- Handle disputes or queries efficiently
- Update and manage account statuses regularly
Job Requirements
