Job Description
- This position has a primary responsibility to ensure the day to day technology operation 24x7 using
pro-active methods for monitoring and support. - He/She should be capable for deploying agreements and measuring SLAs. On a daily basis, he/she should provide guidance and direction to the operations and support team members.
- Also ensuring pro-active monitoring of systems and networks performance, performs various support functions, including business continuity readiness, disaster recovery setup and drills deployments.
- Technical competencies for hardware and software operation, resolving technical issues and
vendor escalation - Responsible for the level-1 security to protect the hardware, software and information resources from unauthorized access, tampering or physical damage.
- Strong Vendor management.
- Problem solving: Carry out maintenance, problem diagnosis of systems
- Accountable for IT Assets inventory and life cycle management
- Accountable for Backup and recovery as well as DR effectiveness.
- Accountable for all IT contracts (design, negotiations, etc.)
- Manage IT Store, IT Assets, and hardware maintenance activities and system tests to ensure effectiveness of the hardware and software in use
- Provide high quality and responsive IT infrastructure function in terms of reliability, availability, performance and support, within defined areas of responsibility that meets agreed services levels and KPIs.
- Own Hardware and software agreement
- Responsible for managing the operation within the approved annual budget

Job Requirements
- Degree: High Degree of Computer Engineering or similar background Degree
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in a similar role Experience
- Skills: Solid knowledge of Information Technology architecture and hardware platforms Skills
- AWS Cloud hands on (implementation & operation)
- Cisco DNA hands on (implementation & operation)
- Advanced security knowledge and practice
- Excellent knowledge of technology environments, including networking, virtualization, telecommunications, systems, security and data centers
- Excellent understanding of people management principles
- Experience in managing a highly resilient and fault tolerant infrastructure
- High Analytical, evaluation and problem-solving skills
